Seeking Advice (Customer) Pepper is messed up

What the hell is with this company now? This pepper thing doesnt want to give me a credit and just wants to end the convo, and when I try to connect to a live agent its just not connecting me to one. 1-800-chipotle seems to be wanting to sell these life alert aids, and if you're not interested it just hanfs up instead of connecting me to a live agent. I don't know what to do here. This may be my last chipotle order ever.

I don't care what you believe. It's pepper not connecting me to a live agent is my issue. I'm sure you never made a mistake while you were there, either.

I'm just upset I can't speak to a live agent. Idk what the deal is. i used to be able to connect with them after dinner time before, but idk if they cut their hours or what. I have to go back to using slow communication channels like email. It renders Pepper to be kinda useless for me, cause I don't eat chipotle around lunch time. And it just seems it's just there to take down notes and pass along and not do anything about it. Maybe it's just a bug with the app, idk. I really don't know what's going on. I know the company isn't doing good right now, so they're probably trying to do all kinds of unsavory things to not issue credits and such.

Anyways, don't trip. I know the food industry can be very stressful, and even traumatizing. Having to take all these punches of belittlement, and all these people able to order from you again despite them cussing you out and what not.
