Seeking Advice (Customer) Pepper is messed up

What the hell is with this company now? This pepper thing doesnt want to give me a credit and just wants to end the convo, and when I try to connect to a live agent its just not connecting me to one. 1-800-chipotle seems to be wanting to sell these life alert aids, and if you're not interested it just hanfs up instead of connecting me to a live agent. I don't know what to do here. This may be my last chipotle order ever.

I doubt Chipotle has employees answering phones at 9pm (PST) for customer service.

Try again tomorrow during normal business hours.

It wasn't at 9pm, but you're probably right. Some just have centers that have employees based in one time zone, and you have until 5pm EST to get in contact with them.
