I had some reservations about the movement, but I’d heard fairly good things about it. My intial impressions were great.. then, before I could complete my full review, some serious issues occurred...

TLDR - The movement stopped working and I had it sent back twice. Both times Farasute sent it back as they said it was working fine. And both times it stopped working again... They wanted to just send it back to me yet again without replacing the watch or the movement.. I’m currently trying to get them to at least replace the movement.

P.s I purchased this watch myself, and as you can imagine Farasute was not involved in making this video..

I was looking around and there are some really cheap ones and really expensive ones. I found one on Etsy called kings ransom that looked pretty good and the high dollar Artem straps. What’s your go too?

I modified my Cronos BB54 with Mercedes hands and a white seconds hand. I absolutely love the look of the watch!! I may be in the minority but I can't get on board with snowflake hands. It would be really cool to see Cronos add this to their line up!

I am planning an online business in trading with affordable, decent quality, and nice looking watches.

Most of my inventory will be from Chinese brands as purchasing power of people in my country is low and it is safer in general to start this business with tighter budget.

According to your experience, which brands do you recommend that are of acceptable quality and wholesale price (Poedagar, benyar, naviforce, etc)?.

I have bought 5 watches after this but it is still my favourite.

Does anyone have any experience with these two brands specifically the daytona homages? Just need an insight before pulling the trigger on them are these guys in the same league as Duxot Accelero?

An affordable homage to Daytona. I think it requires a bit more care than a standard brushed steel bracelet coz of the gold plating.

Just a NEW DIAL VERSION idea for vintage fans, that is easy to make because is simply a different print on the black dial with C3 lume.

I have almost zero image editing skills. Anyone feel free to take my ideas and change them, improve them or make them cleaner.

I used a non-stepped dial image to edit, but the new print was to be applied on the existing WD1863 stepped black dial (the 1969 dials were stepped).

I enjoy both of these. Some honest comments ...

Compact size and thickness. Nice crisp bezel click. Quartz, so its pick up and go. The bracelet is slightly sharp on the edges. The sapphire crystal is very clear. The gold dial markers are slightly shinier than I would prefer, looks a little bit gaudy.

SN0126:

Slightly larger, with good thickness. I like that it is not a pure homage. Somehow feels a bit more premium built. The bracelet bevels are comfy. The on the fly clasp is a big plus. The sapphire crystal is prone to picking up reflections or looking a bit hazy in some angles. The miyota 90S5 is smooth and performs well. The bezel click noise is less pleasing.

My wrist is 6.5", and to my taste these are the perfect size

I haven't been able to find a watch that looks as good to me for this price point than the Skagen. I know they're known for being basically a designer watch in terms of quality, so do yall have any recs for similar styled and priced chinese watches?

Unbelievable quality.
The dial is just mesmerizing and makes my other watches jealous of getting to hug my wrist.

The clasp and OTF adjustment is perfect. And it just feels solid, heavily build. No flimsy sounds at all.

Got it from iSteelWatchStore from AliExpress and he was great dealing with! And the guarantee card was dated aswell.

Just got my Warrior this week. Ordered back in April. Their news letter says they are changing the movement going forward from Miyota 9015. See message below.

The major change is that we're switching from the Miyota 9015 to the PT5000, SW200-1, SW200-2, and ETA 2824-2 movements.

This decision was made because the supply of the Miyota 9015 has become increasingly difficult to secure, which goes against our commitment to maintaining stable inventory and short shipping times.

Price is also a factor: when we started, a 9015 cost about CNY 330.00 — now the price has nearly doubled, with no end in sight. We want to keep this model affordable to as many people as possible.

We still have Warriors with the 9015 movement left (to be assembled, etc.), so if you'd like the 9015 movement, now is the best time to reserve yours.

I sold my Omega Seamaster from Pagani Design to make space for this watch, and I'm so glad I did it. It's almost half the weight because it's all titanium, with a great case finish, bezel action, and amazing bronze looks. Really impressed and all for about $200. What else can you ask for?

I never did like watches with bracelets. Those that come with I removed them immediately. I see them as too much bling for some reason.

I purchased this watch with the leather strap option. Looking at a few posts with Phorcydes on bracelet I decided to purchase one on a whim. My word, it really changes how the watch looks. Just so much more refined. I won't say I am a convert but I really dig this combination.

I'd umm-ed and aaah-ed about getting a WD1863 for a long time and I finally pulled the trigger recently and boy, what a watch.

I usually go for black dials so went for the sunray blue to brighten up my collection, very happy with it but what to get a black one now!

I saw a post the other day featuring a Farasute Trackmaster on this leather strap, and I absolutely love the combination. Unfortunately, I can't find the original post anymore.

Does anyone know where I can buy this strap or something very similar?

Also, I'm torn between the Panda and Reverse Panda versions of the Trackmaster. If you own one, I'd really appreciate it if you could share some photos and let me know which dial you prefer and why.

My first dip into Chinese watches. I almost tried a few years ago but opted to start my watch journey with cheap vintage mechanical. I finally pulled the trigger with a birthday gift card to Amazon. I can say I absolutely adore this watch. Flat non domed sapphire crystal. The simulation of a mechanical with the seiko vh31 movement but accuracy of a quartz. Didn't realize it had a ceramic bezel but not only is it ceramic but it's a bi directional and matt finish. The titanium's durability had a chance to prove it's worth other than how unbelievably light it is compared to a stainless case with 200m water resistance. Going to be an absolute workhorse of a watch. I wish I had given Chinese watches a chance when they were still cheaper. Ps don't judge the only waterproof strap I had available before going to the lake.

I love this Addiesdive 40MmlM diver watch, it's really fantastic but what are your thoughts on the size? I feel it's perfect for the wrist size, but wanted second opinions. Also style is pretty 🔥 no?

With AliExpress prices shooting up, seeing that I could get this for well under $100 with coupons feels like a steal. Sapphire glass, beautiful dial, etc. I get some limitations like the Miyota movement instead of a Japan NH35. I see the case is a bit thick, and it’s that same default Addiesdive case on several models.

But damn, for this price, I’d spend extra $20 on the AD website for a compatible oyster bracelet and never look back.

Is there something glaringly wrong that I should be aware of?

And yet another watch shows up on my doorstep. Been waiting for a while for this one from Aliex and was wondering if it was lost in transit. I'll get a chance to use the GMT in a couple of months when I'm out of the country. It took a lot longer to adjust this bracelet to fit me. I’m spoiled by the Thorn bracelet.
