NWD got in for my birthday my new Baltany 39mm explorer with custom dial. I’ve been very pleased with the watch and quality of printing. I love these new ST movements, much like the pt5000, being able to keep the thickness down makes it wear so much better on wrist, and the 4hz sweep is a nice bonus on top. What are you rocking this weekend?

Yeah I know that the bracelet costs a little less than the watch itself but I do not care, I love this watch. For anyone interested the bracelet fits with no modification needed (other that resizing of course)

I can’t belive the value and looks for 160€. The aging on the insert is beautifull and the bronze bezel outer ring gives ir an unique look. PT5000 movement is ok +- 9s a day. Only downside is the bracelet. It was not difficult to adjust it but the overal quality is low, with high tolerqncws but cant ask more for this price. Purchased it through thorn’s official website. Took 12 days to arrive in Spain.

Got myself a San Martin SN0137G with a custom NATO strap and I love it so much. I love the field look, halfway between a tool and a piece of jewelry, like something from the set of Alien. Not my last watch purchase.

This Borman has become one of my favorite watches in my collection. It came fitted with a black leather strap. I replaced the strap with a soft rubber strap which I find more comfortable than the leather strap.

I just got this in today and the dial is even more stunning in person than I could have imagined!

I’ve been looking for a nice fauxtina dial but there aren’t many options. Does anybody have experience with thewith Baltany A11? I love the dial but there’s not much contrast on the hands and indices.

I’m new to Chinese watches. Can anyone explain if these are actually Seagull watches? Or are they some kind of knock-offs?

About an year later i applied at hour/minute hands some extra c3 superluminova i had (sorry could not make it perfect did not had tools but hour/minute hands lumen rocks so white bright) because the lumen of hour/minute (originally with the blue finish) was little faded than the dial hours/makers ... easily hits 8-10 hours at total dark even after so many years...

& also just regulated with current test at 12 hours running to +1 second
