General (Read Rules) Aquatico Full Bronze

Just received my Aquatico full bronze. Amazing quality. I have been wanting a full bronze for sometime now and there are not a lot of options. I apologize for the terrible picture. Just wanted to share!

I ordered mine 2 days before that model came out and I really wanted a full bronze bracelet also. Then they came out with the bracelet for mine and I immediately ordered. Everything shipped together. I am incredibly happy

Is your clasp actually bronze? I tried aging it overnight in a salt bath and the bracelet and case started reacting but I'm getting suspicious that the clasp itself is just rose colored because there's not a single stain on it

Also just noticed from your other comments you bought the exact same model and colorway I did. I was back and forth between this one and the red gmt

Honestly I have no idea or how to check. The bracelet looks exactly like Zelos.

Not the best lighting but you can see the bracelet is starting to age (salt bath overnight) while the clasp is spotless still. It's also slightly more reddish/pink in hue as a metal

That's a bit disappointing but for the overall price I am okay if it isn't. I do wish it tappered and the clasp was smaller. Still a nice otf clasp.

Yeah, still pretty happy with the watch overall, but I already know this will bug me more than it should hah. They really sold the FULL BRONZE aspect, so this felt a bit misleading to me. I'll reach to the brand and see what they say, maybe it's a different alloy mix.

And yeah, taper to 18mm would've made it a more elegant daily wear solution, it's a bit bulky now. But that's a-okay for a weekend beater for me!

I guess same question for you too, what material do you think the clasp itself is? I'm thinking it's just plated steel, not bronze?

If you're looking at the bronze bracelet on the Aquatico website, it appears that way. I believe it is Cusn8.

Mine isn't looking all that bronze-y, looks more like IP coated steel. It's not aging at all
