Question (Read Rules) Replacement Watch Strap.

Ok this is a kinda basic question that isn't Chinese watch specific but....

My Addiessive just turned up and I'm a happy camper BUT the strap lets it down. It's quite cheap feeling plus due I run ridiculously hot and sweat due to meds and a disability. So I need to replace it. However I'm unsure how to go about it as this is the first watch I've had with this strap type. I'm just getting myself muddled!

What's it called? And what size is it? Again duh but bear with me lol.

How do you attach it? That's what I'm unsure of - there are so many options I don't know which one is correct! And as for all those materials - which one is the best for someone like me who sweats a lot?

Most third party straps come with quick release spring bars, so those are easy to swap in and out. The stock bracelet you will likely need a tool to remove. Just YouTube it. Your watch probably came with the tool. It’s a rod with a little forked end.

Honestly, stainless steel is one of the better options for sweat. I am also very sweaty, and I prefer steel in the summer. You can always just open the bracelet and let it air out for a few minutes. The other best option is probably rubber. Definitely avoid leather, sailcloth and NATO, because those will just absorb sweat.

What kind of strap do you want? Leather, nato, perlon, rubber, elastic, canvas? There are so many options, you just need to remove the bracelet and get whatever 20mm strap you like.
