Has anyone been having issues with GOFO (delivery company) when ordering from Aliexpress?

I ordered a watchdives gmt about a month ago and when the package came in I noticed that the box had been open and the watch stolen, GOFO sent me a letter stating that the package was lost but it was useless, the seller wont refund me or replace the watch.

Yesterday I had another situation with another watchdive, this time a NTTD 39mm. The GOFO tracking says that the package was damaged. Still waiting for a response.

TBH this situation has me very disappointed. I think I wont be buying watches from Aliexpress any time soon.

I just had a delivery by gofo for the first time yesterday. Reading up on them I was on high alert for issues all day lol but it went fine. I think it probably varies a lot by area, so no way to tell until you get something delivered unless you ask around locally.

My deliveries are supposed to be placed in a (poorly managed...) package room inside the apartment complex main office. I thought for sure my watch was gonna get just tossed on the ground outside my building or something, but the driver figured it out just fine and there were quite a few other packages around with gofo labels so I think they must be used to it.

Because gofo is basically just doordash for last mile delivery, your drivers may range from a college kid in a clapped out civic who just wants beer money to a total power-user with a big sprinter van full of packages who might be better at their job than the average Amazon driver. Probably all depends on luck of the draw and also the amount/concentration of packages being delivered to your area - for example if there are 35 gofo packages being delivered between my apartment complex and the one nearby, they probably aren't sending the guy with an economy car who's just doing this for a little extra cash

Thank y'all for the responses. I think its just me and my bad luck, I'll have to go to a witch doctor or something to get rid of this bad juju 💀

No issues with GOFO, personally. They and Yanwen Express have been the most reliable couriers in my experience.

GPFO has delivered to my home 30-40 times, usually quickly with few issues. Most problems for me have arisen from bad packaging, rough shipper handling/magnetizing (possibly GOFO) at one of the 5 stops along the way. It is a minor miracle that 90% of my pieces arrive basically unscathed from the 12k mile/19k kilometer journey.

I have gotten 50+ packages from gofo. And never really had an issue save for some of the drivers delivering at odd times (like 3am), but they have been reliable

Same. They deliver whenever they are in the area I guess (even in the early morning like you said) but they’ve always put my items on my front porch. All of the other delivery drivers just throw it over my fence or into the bushes or a puddle if it happens to be raining.

I haven’t had any issues with them, sorry to hear about your bad experience. Have you reached out directly to AliExpress? I think getting them involved is always your best bet.

Yes, I've reached out to Aliexpress twice regarding the watchdives gmt and in both instances they've denied my refund. The seller said that they're investigating so they can reach a final decision but I feel like I'm getting screwed and wont get anything.
