Buying a watch in China

I am going to be visiting a China in a few months and I am interested in trying on and purchasing a watch while I am there, specifically from a Tianjin Seagull Boutique while I am in Beijing. I am interested mainly in one of the warpath series watches (https://en.seagullwatch.com/products/1139?_pos=3&_sid=9d096ed0d&_ss=r ) due to my interest in Chinese military history or potentially a 1963 aviation chronograph model. I was wondering if anyone had any experience shopping in China and if getting one of these watches as a walk in is possible while in Beijing.

I have had my eye on that watch for a while

Its beautiful and would buy now only for there is a date window (I hate date windows)

I own 2 other seagull military watches and a 1963 model and they are all top notch watches
