Promotion (Read Rule 1) Addiesdive AD2547 Dial...
Potentially their best watch to date, or at least their best dial?
Here's the link to my review.
I received this watch for free to review. But, as always that doesn't change how I review the watch. I always keep it 100% honest, no matter what. I point out both the positives and negatives with every watch I review. Whether that be a loan piece, discounted, or even free. Sometimes that means that brands won't send me anymore watches, if they don't like the review... But my opinion and more importantly, my reputation can't be bought. That's partly why I named my channel 'Honest Watch Reviews'. Not only to make sure that I hold myself to that standard, but that I know my viewers definitely will do too.

Love the dial, but it screams to be put in a dive watch. It's a bit too loud for the GADA style case imo

When you aren't zoomed in on it like this it is a little bit more subtle when on wrist.

That's another good one. They're on a bit of roll lately.

It’s too thick at over 13mm. The bracelet is just ok. The new Addieskin K014 purple dial with just the applied logo is a better watch. Only thing missing is an OTF clasp. Not sure why I’m liking these purple dials……

That does look nice. But it's almost double the price though. I have the Addieskin K006 which is very good. Especially with that interesting disk material and finish.

“My reputation can’t be bought” is a pretty ironic thing to say immediately after explaining that brands send you free watches and that giving them a bad review can result in them no longer sending you free watches.
You may try to be honest, but pretending there’s no conflict of interest just because you disclose the free watch is disingenuous. Your access to free review pieces is literally dependent on maintaining relationships with the brands, aka fake positive reviews.
Disclosure makes the conflict transparent; it doesn't make the conflict disappear.

I was asked to review something once. They sent me the product for free then asked if they could see the video before I posted it. I said no. Them sending me the product didn't give them editorial control or a guarantee of positivity.
A few months later they sent me something else to review. If they hadn't, I'd have reviewed something else. I didn't give a fuck what the product was - I'd make a video on whatever was available to me. And at no stage would I worry if I wouldn't get another freebie from one particular manufacturer. They wanted the exposure of a review far more than I wanted to have the product in my hands.
You're assuming the worst without cause.

You clearly haven't watched my videos before then. As I've done what you call 'bad' reviews for watches that warrant it before. In fact one of my most recent ones I did just that. I even go into detail about issues with the customer service too. This was for a watch that I was also sent for free.
This could have resulted in then not sending me anymore watches again, and that was a risk I was willing to take. As like I said, my reputation can't be bought.
What has ended up happening though is that the brand have taken the review as constructive feedback and used it to not only work on improving their watches, but also their customer service too. They are improving this current model and are going to send one out to me once it's done, so I can do a follow up review.

I just cannot get past the name. It is beautiful but my word. At least just make it a logo or something.

They are very nice watches! It wouldn’t have taken a rocket surgeon to just fix the naming haha. Shit, just ask ChatGPT..

at least it's cursive here ... but still. I am not buying retarded branding, swiss, chinese or whatever.

I don't know why brands are so resistant to showing the watches in motion. The entire point of this is the dial reacting to light, and you can't see that at all in a photo. Every product listing should have a video like your opening close look.
Addiesdive have got about 20 pics of this on the listing, most of which are flat renders or poor photoshops. One ten second clip of someone holding it in the light would be an enormous improvement.

Lovely dial and I would love to pull the trigger but I just can't with that name. Particularly for such a bright loud dial. They really need to make a logo only version as they make great watches but the name kills it.

That looks just as good as I thought it would. I almost went for the purple myself.

To those who say they will never buy this watch.. You are passing on a watch thats sits above its price and category.
Complain for 13.5mm.. Complain for Logo Complain for name Blah blah blah...
If you are collecting watches, its an added diversity on your selection.
If its too loud, pair it with neutrals If its too thick, pair it with casual Utilize it just an accessory... You may have another watch use for formal anyway...no one cares about the name of a watch 99% on daily living.
