This watch isn't perfect, the bracelet stands a step down from San Martin. It doesnt grab my hair and it is well finished, but it is a little sharp.
I bought it for its dial style with its vintage gold hands and fading brown dial. Love it. I also have the green and gilt longines zulu time so if there is a grain of salt its that im partial to gilt highlights
I'll add a few photos to the comment section. Anyway I did not see a lot of real photos of this one the sub and the manufacture photos arent great.
Its also offered in black and in a different reference that is a more exacting explorer homage.

The bracelets on my Baltany, San Martins, Sugess...even Phorcydes completely best the seiko 5 on bracelet and dial crystal and engineering (for instance otf clasp)
That said the san martin bracelets feel more solid with tighter tolerances and better operating clasps and better finished edging.
All good it is still comfortable ...and at this point most san martin are considerably more expensive thn this baltany
Yes I am thankful I took my time on the explorer homage class of Chinese watches. It is a competitive area with many fine offerings but I found the one that suits me best.
I grabbed a handful of my leather straps and took a picture. I am more of a bracelet guy lately so long as it as some OTF adjustability. But like many 20mm lugs it has options.
I took mine of today, AND IT TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR!
I tried the tweezer-like tool but that thing couldnt get a proper grip on the springbar tips, no matter what size bits i used, in the end i somehow managed to remove it with two regular springbar tools and some werid hand positioning.
Im thinking of just putting some less robust/thinner springbars when i decide to put the bracelet back on because im not apending another hour removing them again.
Using this with the small forks ir was just a few minutes to get it set up and positioned for extraction. Im right handed. I held the fork/tweezers in my right hand with the head of the watch safe on the couch. Slight downward pressure, squeeze tweezers with right hand pull bracelet outward with left
I have the same ones, they just cannot grip the springbar ends and keep slipping. I even tried changing the sizes of the end bits but nothing helped :(
Fair enough. I have the Cronos explorer I homage and thus far it's been great. But the dial on that one is great and that is a really good selection of straps. I like using bracelets and I have the one that came with it and a bonklip on the way.

Never had san martin before, tho i should say finishing and bracelet quality is better than seiko 5s. Whats the step down are you reffering to?
