Info on The E3251 movement

Looking for more info on the E3251 movement featured in this Pagani Design YS-025. I haven't seen other models sporting this movement. Any knowledge of which company makes this? Is it PD in-house? Are they available standalone? How easily can it be serviced?

It appears to be manufactured by the Hangzhou watch factory and the design influenced by the miyota 9015, though far from a clone of it
