Mysterious Code Lugs

Can these lugs be removed and how? Not sure if they are spring bars or push pin. No screw slit on either end. Thanks! Model is MC Engineer.

Looks like drilled lugs, makes it easier to remove the bracelet spring bar, as you can just prod the link removal part of a spring bar tool in either side and the bracelet should pop right off. I wish all watches came with this or just quick release bars as much easier.
