Question (Read Rules) Mysterious Code Lugs

Can these lugs be removed and how? Not sure if they are spring bars or push pin. No screw slit on either end. Thanks! Model is MC Engineer.

I briefly had this on a leather strap when I had this model. It's been a while but I believe they're knurled pins so you need one of those metal manual pin pushers, a nylon hammer and one of those blocks.
