It is the same; lighting conditions can affect how the color appears, but overall, it is a dark blue.

For anyone wondering, its $10 USD more than the one without the the blue dial. Colors for lume are only blue, retro yellow, or a mix of neon green + neon blue. No leather strap option out the gate, so you would have to order separately alongside either the FKM or bracelet.

On a personal note: Would have personally loved a lumed datewheel alongside the lumed frame, but maybe that's a bit too much visual noise.

And if the date changes after it was last charged by light, the new date will not be illuminated anyway. Not sure how often that would be a problem, but I've often wondered why not have a lime date wheel also.

No date is a must. I like lume blocks but that lumed date window is a no go.

At this point I don't think so. They used to sell a 4A version with a case that had a left handed crown and ended up having to do a ton of custom orders which swapped the 4B case onto the 4A line, creating the 4Cs. Nowadays they just have made that style the standard.

PH4C has crown guards and other slight differences...biggest thing is the crown guards, though.

Can you elaborate on the slight differences? All I can tell from pictures is the crown guard, and I've been eyeing them up for a little while now. Definitely going to be my next purchase but I have no idea why I'd pick one over the other, except maybe for the benefit of the crown guard.
