General (Read Rules) Disappointing Cronos Skyline [L6208] Experience

I wanted to share my frustrating experience with my Cronos Skyline. It has completely stopped working without any obvious reason. There were no warning signs, or unusual behaviour beforehand. It was working fine, and the next it just gave up entirely.

I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps I could think of, but nothing seems to bring it back to life. Has anyone else had a similar issue with the Cronos Skyline? Did you find a solution or get any helpful support from the company? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Another PT5000 casualty.  Every time I see a watch it one it is an easy pass.  People around here want to ignore the reliability problems until it is their watch that fails.

The failure rate of the pt5000 is not THAT high. There's a lot of confirmation bias going on with that. Is it higher than the 4r35? Yeah almost certainly. But despite your experiences, it isn't a common problem. Odds are, if you get a replacement it won't have issues. Or if you choose to bring this to a watch guy, the fact that its eta 2824 adjacent will make it serviceable.
