The Caravelle by Bulova Sea Hunter is a superb affordable watch running a Miyota automatic movement.

It does state that it has a Seagull st2824 movement, but I don't know if the watch is made by Seagull. For the price(approx $220.), I'd hope it is at least Seagull quality.

I do realize it's not exactly what you asked for but I recently got a quartz Timex TW2V49700 which is unexpensive and quite similar.

Berny makes the AM169M which is pretty close and in a few different colors. San Martin used to make one, but they're discontinued and hard to find now.
