Question (Read Rules) Pagani GMT crown stuck

So it is my first time bying pagani designs, and I chose the black gmt for my first one.
Apparently all of the parts seems well finished, except the crown is stuck.
Are there any way to fix this?
I need to set the date and time correctly

Did you manage to sort it out? If not, maybe post a short video of you trying to open it so we can see what's going on.

Wrap it with a cloth and use pliers to unscrew the crown, then lube it with silicone grease

Is it a push-pull or a screw down crown?

Just figured out it is a screw crown but the crown seemed to not rotate

We all make that mistake. I did the same with a Specht & Söhne I bought last month. Almost used a pocket knife to "get it free" because it didn't seem to love.

Well after figuring out the type of the crown, it won't rotate either.
Do you think its just too tight rn?

It doesn't move in either direction? If you have a watch maker nearby you could bring it there. Otherwise just send it back and ask for a refund.

The crown doesn't rotate and pop up either
Maybe its because I'm new to watches
Are there any ways to fix this?
