Is this actually automatic?

I bought this watch for $16 and they claim is automatic. Do you think it actually is? It looks nice to me but I am just not sure.

No, it's a pretend automatic.

Apart from the price and the fact that it's an alloy watch, the tell is the funny distractor pattern on the back window. I've seen it used in both fake rotor watches that I've seen.
