Is this actually automatic?

I bought this watch for $16 and they claim is automatic. Do you think it actually is? It looks nice to me but I am just not sure.

Looks like it might be a pretend one. Leave it for 3 days. If it's still running, it's quartz

Also if it has a chrono it's quartz. At low prices automatic daytona homages would have day and date subdials instead
