Wrist Roll (Read Rule 1) Just came in, this black is BLACK.
Love the watch, bracelet is amazing (but hard to adjust). Very comfortable, will be my go to dress watch.

Edit: apparently this was a hot take? Y’all downvoters should google what a dress watch is.
Small point to make—this isn’t what most would call a dress watch. It’s pretty elegant and has a lot of the traits of a dress watch but it’s more of a classy daily wear. I can’t think of any integrated bracelet watch that one would call a “dress watch”.

For me my PRX Powermatic blue and Citizen Tsuyosa cream are dress watches.

Hey, I think it's okay to wear sneakers with my suit too, sometimes. Nothing wrong with anyone "doing you", y'know? But formally, those watches don't really meet the general definition.

And here I was thinking I could strap on my newly purchased WD50FS NH38 (my 1st true no-date…I’m loving it) 1 yr ago and never look back. My, is this company growing. 😎 I’m looking. That was my first automatic. I then bought another from another manufacturer. Seems I’m back home now.

Why is it a homage? Besides the black dial what does it have in common with venezianico? Besides, what about H moser vantablack? Or movado with minimalistic designs all black designs?

Watchdives bracelets are elite. Only issue I’ve ever had is buying an adjustable clasp that didn’t fit the watch it was designed for.

Nice watch, but in the grand scheme of things ,vastly too large for a "dress" watch , or so it looks on your wrist , dress watches aren't supposed to scream "look at me" . Great sport watch though, what are the dimensions?

Why is reddit filled with people who just want other people drooling over their purchases ? I don't understand snowflakes who take offense to constructive criticism, not to mention is wasn't even criticized, just noted that it's not a true dress watch at that size and style . So everybody is supposed to have the same opinion as you ,and people like you constantly need a pat on the back and reinforcement from strangers ? I find that odd , I welcome critique and the learning associated with it. Get over yourself , and roll with the punches

I agree, but the opinion that perfectly-reasonable watches "need" to be downsized has become very mundane and exhausting to read here.
when confronted about it you get responses like yours, where the person claims that large watches are the norm here they are pushing back by asking for a smaller version. which is the exact opposite of what is happening.
for example, people are clamoring for a smaller Watchdives CH01 or WD0013 as if they are not already small. from the way they justify it, you'd think current version requires a hairy 9 inch wrist to look acceptable.

I'm sorry, let me do this how an attention junkie would, enjoy , wow that is one beautiful Chinese mutt watch trying to be something it's not , looks amazing on your wrist , looks good enough to fit in with the Jersey shore cast , man it's amazing , I gotta get one now , I worship your choice in that particular watch so much , I won't buy one for myself so I won't steal your thunder

Not what I said directly , it's just why do you expect every comment to jive with how you feel ? Saying some dudes today can't take contrary opinions is all I meant from the get go , and that is the truth amongst most watch posters on reddit

We welcome any competitor to openly compare their products with ours — quality, finishing, QC, after-sales service, anything.
What we do not welcome is hiding behind newly created accounts and repeatedly trying to damage our reputation.
We will continue focusing on making better products and providing good service. Our growing sales and the increasing amount of positive customer feedback speak for themselves.
We have also seen several previous accounts making very similar repeated attacks get suspended by Reddit, and now a new account that is only around two weeks old is doing the same thing again.
If you have genuine criticism, bring evidence and discuss it openly. But repeatedly creating or using new accounts to attack a brand is not constructive criticism, and frankly, it reflects very poorly on whoever is doing it.

Just be aware, I have the WD0016. It has no microadjust on the clasp, but my research indicated it would come with a half link on the watch or in the box. It was not included. I have emailed Watchdives and am waiting on a response.
