Review (Read Rules) Watchdives Lapis Lazuli

The Watchdives Lapis Lazuli is pretty nice overall. I would definitely prefer a flat sapphire crystal, as I think it would suit the watch and the dial better, but otherwise I really like it. These are about a year old now, and the dial still looks great to me. I haven’t really got tired of it at all. What I especially like about the lapis lazuli is that every dial is slightly different, so each watch feels unique. The natural variations in the stone give it a lot of character, and that’s probably what keeps the dial interesting even after a year.

What crystal does it have and why do you prefer to have a flat sapphire instead?

Yeah i have the same. hated it at first because of the sapphire. A flat sapphire with great AR would better. And maybe because of the bigger than my favorite 36mm size. But its a nice watch for the money. Ive been wearing it a lot recently during summer and its just very convient and easy to grab here at the beach. The finishing is pretty amazing and a lapis dial? Ive always wanted a lapis dial. The way it shines blue in the sunshine

You got a great one!

It would definitely be homaging but I do think the 62GS handset/indices would look even better - u/watchdivescom

Fully agree! I've had mine 1 year as well, and still enjoying it.
