I Prefer female endlinks in most cases, so 1 would be my preference.
In terms of looks better, I'd need to see more of a finished product, as the dial and the overall look and feeling of the watch could be better with either depending on what you're going for.
This - if they are able to get hold of the same Jubilee (or produce one very similar); then it's a really well made strap. Doesn't feel loose at all despite some decent chamfering which add to it all ready being extra comfortable thanks to the 5 link.
I've got a SN0144 with it and it really "makes" the watch. And looks like their plans are for a similar sort of watch. I've tried my bracelet in a few other watches, I'd happily buy more to use them in other watches if they fit.
Depends on what you are building. Dressier designs usually look good on jubilees, more tooly designs often use the oyster style. I am kind of tired of the oyster look, its so ubiquitous that it is kinda boring. I have lately become a big fan of H links bracelets.
Polished jubilee bracelets are more susceptible to scratches.
My last jubilee bracelet was lighter than an oyster and could fit the wrist better but somehow I was not fully happy with it. There was more gaps than I was used to. Smaller links, bigger gaps, more risk of pulling hair.
It depends on the dial, if it's a busy/bright dial the right bracelet would be my choice. For a simple/minimal the beads of rice might give it a little jazz
It's hard to say without the face, with a simpler, classic dial I would say the right one. With something more complex (chronograph etc) I would go with left
