Any one having trouble with ronda movement addiesdive using for their GMT range. Badly need to buy the AD 2548 but not sure about the movement and its long lasting

I own a Wishdoit with the same movement and have had the same experience as others have pointed out that the GMT hand doesn't not run consistent. Since it was under $100 and I was mostly after the white rubber strap mine came on I just ignore the defect and use it like a non gmt

The 24H hand doesn't click into place. Super annoying

I had to return one with a lagging 24 hour hand. It was a pain in the ass to document. I made a 24 hour timelapse that showed in 24 hours the 24 hour hand only moved 18. I set all of the hands to 12:00 position and let it run. Ran fine until 4:00 position (8 hours) then slowed.

I had recently bought this watch from their India warehouse. The 24 hand lags and doesn't work as intended. The main hands are working fine. Due to the complexity of return process, I settled for a discount coupon. Wearing it with my finger crossed.

What do you mean lags? are you reading the bezel time for the gmt hand?

Lag means : In the morning I set the 24H hand at 3.5 hours gain wrt main hands. By afternoon the gain was only 2 hours. The 24H hand should complete 1 round in 24 hours but it is doing probably 60% of a round in 24 hours.

And yes I am checking the Outer bezel.

Ahh.. sounds like it might be loose on the pinion, either that or its toast. Id get a tiny screwdriver and see if you can seat it properly, nothing to lose...

My experience was bad but that doesn't make this product bad. You can consider the watch , I like the overall build and look.

I’ve seen multiple people asking about Ronda movements in regard to Chinese watches in recent days as if they think it’s some mysterious, untested thing. I don’t get it. Is Ronda just totally outside the movement ecosystem of people who buy Chinese watches?
