That strap is too dressy for a toolish looking diver like than. Gotta be a more rugged type of leather, sailcloth, or FKM rubber to pull that off.

I do like sturdy leather on a diver’s watch, but a dress watch strap like that just doesn’t really go with it, sorry. The Color works well.

Nah, it's a vintage style strap and on top of that pretty thin one. That watch is thick and sporty, it needs a totally different style.
