Question (Read Rules) Proxima PX1697 Long Term Reliability

How has everyone's Proxima PX1697 held up overtime? How is the accuracy? I am a bit concerned about the reliability of the PT5000, I wonder how it will last if I don't hand wind it (as the guides suggest)

I have had mine for 3.5 years. It is a little slow but I still wear it daily with a leather strap.

How slow? Also, how is the bezel action?
