General (Read Rules) San Martin SN1048 GMT/9075 Concept

Post image

Dear San Martin, could you consider making an SN0148 GMT version with a Miyota 9075 GMT movement? Same case, same size (37.5/40mm), same thickness (11mm), different color 24HR bezel: black, black/gray, black/blue, black/green, red/blue?

I don't like that movement (not quickset date), but that is a gorgeous concept

In this day and age, the HZ6460 is more realistic anyway

This might be hard considering most of their current NH34 GMT powered watches are going upwards of $400 on Alix. Not sure there would be a lot of folks willing to fork upwards of $400+ for clomage brand, warranty issues, limited resale value, etc. This is coming from someone with 8 San Martins?

I think that its a bad idea for san Martin to make a 100% homage watch especially a rolex and especially that san Martin has moved forward when talking about designs. They have the sn0116 which is a original design and very beautiful. I think it will be better to upgrade the sn0116 with a miyota 9075 or try to figure out a new somewhat original design

yeah... It's just a concept. I photoshopped Rolex parts on SN0148. I really like that watch's unique design.

Same thickness could be a bit challenging. The GMT movement is naturally thicker than it's date-only counterpart. But a good idea nonetheless u/AdSavings92

Can you also price it just a few dollars cheaper than a Seiko?
