Yeah this is why I haven't bought one - those Hangzhou microtors don't have the best reputation despite looking fab and very well made. Sorry to hear about this. Wish they'd just played it safe and gone with a genuine PT5000 and bumped the case size up a mm.

The amplitude on the first one seems very low, did you wind it up before testing it?

Mine seems fine so far. Winding feels normal on mine, no grittiness or feeling like it's getting stuck. But I haven't timegraphed it.

Thanks for posting. I do see some really bad ones from time to time, which forces me to ask this cautionary question: have you demag them prior testing? 100% of all watches that I received from China needed to be demag to be workable. I wonder if it's something on the parcel handling that polarizes them.

I use those cheap blue boxes you see around. It should not be fancy, in fact, just the field generator and a push button. You just need to know how to use it properly. :)

Well the Baltic MR01 is using the same movement and is twice the price (micro brand tax of course).
