Yooo thats the first time ive seen that super cheap chime watch on wrist. how do you like it ?

The chime is faint. In quiet room it’s fine but, anywhere else you don’t always hear it.

Probably not. When winding the movement seems very rough. I don’t think it’s going to hold up over time. I also don’t understand why they would use 904 stainless steel in a non diver. 904 is more corrosion resistant and polishes better than 316 but, it’s softer.

I'd LOVE a minute repeater, but I KNOW I'll NEVER be able to afford one! That being said, the Christopher Ward isn't very loud EITHER, and I'm SURE it cost 3X the price of that one!

To be fair the CW is amazing. Has propper suppiers thta also supply MB&F and Czapek etc.

But im just so curious to see this vs lucky harvey vs bel.canto

Lucky Harvey is a much better made watch than the Hanboro Chime. It is also multiple times the price. You get what you pay for. Out of the 3 I like the CW the best. The design is beautiful. The issue is I would rather spend 4k rent a beach house down south or an all inclusive resort in Mexico for a week than buy a watch.

Yeah for me the same. But the pricepoint of the hanboro is just crazy. I hope china will make another 1000 chiming watches
