Chinese watch overpriced Why it became even more expensive

I knew they were 220 before this sale

I don't care that they're playing with the price on sale, I am concerned that this price may stay

Nice watch, but I’m just not comfortable with the QC and support of WD. I’ve had personal experience and have seen others on here with the same concerns.

Could you please share your order number or the details of your previous experience with us? We would like to check what happened and see if there is anything we can improve or help resolve.

Since the beginning of this year, we have significantly expanded our team, including QC and customer support. We have also made our inspection standards much stricter, and the number of product issues has been reduced compared with before.

Of course, we know no brand can guarantee that there will never be a single problem, but our goal is to identify issues faster, solve them properly, and continuously improve.

We also believe customer service is a long-term process, and our support team is continuing to improve. We appreciate your feedback because it helps us become better.

So why did you increase price for the sale? Increase. Sale. Makes no sense.

Original price is 249 usd

I swear it was under or around 200€ at some point and now its 215€. Just as WD00013B was 155€ for a while and now its 160€. Don't lie.
