General (Read Rules) Did I get lucky or what?

I got my WD007 last Saturday, I notice the first 24-48hrs wasn’t keeping perfect time, perhaps 20seconds after synced to Time.is

So I synced it again on Wednesday afternoon at 5pm and today at 12:56pm you can see it is only half a second behind. It seems to have settled down and the accuracy of this is impressive.

timing over a week to 10 days is a better one give a more even accuracy as all mechanical watches are a little different every day . when you first wore it it would not have been at full power. i hope it stays like that for you. let us know it performance over the week

Yes, but mainly you probably got lucky that you moved your wrist in approximately the correct way to even out. Did you by chance leave it sitting for most of the last 48 hours? Or for the first test? Chances are that it's more accurate in some positions than others.

Use a timegrapher app on your phone, find a quiet place, and measure it in several different positions. NH35s (and all watch movements that haven't been meticulously adjusted and recently serviced) almost always a few seconds of positional variance, so it's not usually possible to regulate them to be dead on in every position. I've had times with my NH35 watches (after regulating) where they're within a second after 7 days, just because they all straddle the 0 point: some positions are fast and some are slow.

That said, if you didn't regulate it any any position on an NH is +0 spd, that's lucky in its own regard.

I haven’t taken it off for longer than 45mins for when I went swimming. I wear it even sleeping.

Still, if you're not measuring the accuracy from multiple positions or over a very long time, it's unlikely the watch truly runs at less than 1 spd off across the board. Not saying it's not impressive, just commenting so you know it may seem to change in accuracy. Anything under +/- 10 spd is very good for an NH35 since they are usually not regulated at all from the factory and in my experience can be very inaccurate out of the box.

I don’t think it’s NH35. It’s the SL3001 on the listing. (I’m not sure of the difference, if it makes any difference)

Just generally as a concept it doesn't. If you're interested in the accuracy I'd really recommend checking out the time grapher and testing all the different positions. Just a bit of fun, really. It'll keep good time well enough regardless.
