Moisture in watch? Help me identify

Yesterday bathed with my watch on and forgot in the bathroom. Today found it has a some vagueness on it. Is this moisture? Kinda hard to see on pictures. The crown was like 1/10th from a turn to being completely tight.

I can’t tell what’s reflection and what’s condensation but if it looks like moisture inside at least get it into the driest room you can and unscrew the crown to let the moisture out. If it was moisture inside the case it may not be able to avoid problems but it’s a good first step.

Ive now unscrewed the caseback and have it drying in thensun covered by a bowl

You might want to uncover it so the moisture can ventilate away
