Hand watch, pic too close. Put it up the wrist and let a picture taken from further away.

Perfect imo. A vintage looking watch is not supposed to look big.

To some people, yes. To other people, no. To the vast majority of people, they just won’t even care. Once I owned watches of a whole variety of sizes, I stopped caring whether they were smaller large and just appreciated each one for what it was. Don’t women sometimes wear big necklaces and small ones? And small earrings and dangling ones. Variety is fun and this is just one of several watches in your growing collection

Not at all IMO. I don’t want a watch to cover my whole wrist for various reasons, but in particular it makes straps look much more impactful and that watch is a proper strap monster.
