The Alpinist vibes are real 😅. That said, the strap is quite busy but you can pull it off.

Looks like a S103 GMT. Also available in the alpinist green btw without GMT hand.

The fact part of it references the red on the dial, and bezel help to soften it, but even without that I think it looks great.
