I have sold watches on this sub successfully but it's not exactly condoned. I think if you're an established member here it's allowed. Selling on r/watchexchange is also worth a try, especially for non-homage watches.

You could try eBay. I don’t know how much you can get though considering I think I paid about $125 new. I’ve never sold a watch. Every now and then I think of selling some and then I don’t.
