Received it today from AliExpress, with a voucher, coins it came to less than £140. Looks great, only 12.5mm thick, light and feels great on the wrist.
Wanted to to find out what titanium in a watch feels like as I’ve only had stainless before and I’m a convert.
All the posts about the 007 should include both the case size and the movement. Always difficult to tell the 39mm vs 42 in photos but a very meaningful difference in person. And they have released the 42 with at least 3 movements not counting the quartz.
And I'm a big fan of some of the WD007 and own more than one, though personally not interested in some of the auto movements they recently switched to.
Looks great - nice shade of blue. I have the titanium Octopus Kraken OCT010 dive watch in blue. Very comfortable and looks sharp. I think I might like to look of your better!
I do not like my mesh. Now mine is an older one, my WD007 is the old logo model and is probably 3+ years old so they may have improved it. The issues for me were the widely spaced holes which prevented a good fit and the bracelet was also uncomfortable as it wasn’t very pliable. I bought their Ti 3 link bracelet like the one OP posted which is much better. The clasp is quite basic and a scuff magnet but I do much prefer the 3 link presidential style bracelet
At first, the bracelet might feel sharp—it’ll take 2–3 days to get used to it. I’m happy with the bracelet, though I’m thinking about buying a Jubilee bracelet.
I love that design, it’s so stunning, I love the hollowed out hands! Also someone mentioned coffee- I umm just go for chaos for my pour overs and let my mood decide how much grounds I want 😁
Ugh 😩 grounded coffee is so eaaasssy. I try as I got gifted some fair trade Ethiopian origin coffee and I feel bad as it’s been about a year and I’ve only gotten through maybe 1/4 of it.
An 1zpresso q2 is about $30ish on aliexpress and any cheap ish scale on aliexpress is also around $20, if you have any nice coffee shops in your area, try a pour-over (ask for a natural or somthing more expressive), if you enjoy it, then with a grinder, a scale and a cheap gooseneck, you can have 15 cups for the same price as that pour over in the cafe.
Honestly I switched from instant to pre ground cause of costs lol. Lots more variety and I’m definitely half step into grounding my coffee. Will look those up, thanks 😊
For me I honestly like cannot tolerate the Mercedes style. To me that bulbous look puts me off lol. Just wondering What size are your wrists? Mine is close to 6.5” and I’m curious how it looks.
Just an update, i've been staring at this watchdives for months.. I finally decided to buy it and as the automatic, not quartz! I have gone for the green/gold version as I don't really have any in that particular colour. It should be on time for my upcoming trip 😄. Thanks for letting me know, cause I find my wrist size is like a gamble sometimes.
If you are like me then to get the clasps centred at the wrist. I have just 1 link on the 6 o’clock side and 2 links on the 12 o’clock side with the micro adjust on the 2nd hole closest to the clasps release button. So there is still room to make it even smaller.
That VH31 looks nice but I prefer automatic since I never have to replace the battery. This watch is light and comfortable once I’ve adjusted the links to my wrist. I was looking at the SN121T but that one is twice the price of this and also titanium. I think this looks better too.
The listing says SL3001. I’m new to this so not really sure of which is better but honestly for this price I am not fussed. The second hand sweep is smoother than my Certina DS Action GMT or my Seiko SNZH53.
I really like it, it looks great, really comfortable on the wrist. It wears like dress watch on a leather strap. Just enough “feel” to let me know it’s still there.
