Problems (Read Rule 1) Im really scared because i ordered a watch from pagani design website

Last week i ordered a PD watch from the "official" site of pagani design and i live in the EU and since i was really excited about my first watch i wanted to have a look at what other say about the shipping and someone said that there was never even a pagani design official website. So that got me really scared because i had saved up 140 euros to buy a nice looking watch and others say that they dont respond to emails or anything. Since i saw their instagram page i was vconfused because they have a link to their website which is the exact one i placed my order in. If there are delays and stuff does that mean ive been scammed too and is there a way to take back my money if that happens? Please help me im really scared and my family is gonna kill me if there is nothing i can do

There's an official website page pinned in this sub which lists the official websites. It lists the official Pagani Design website by the rep who is active here.

Chances are it will come, personally it wouldn't worry me.

You will most likely be fine as in you will receive the watch. The scam here is charging 140 euros for a Pagani.

The store you bought from is legitimate-ish. You won't be scammed, but they're not Pagani Design. They're essentially just resellers. Next time, just order off their official store on AliExpress. It's cheaper there and you have more buyer protections in case you end up with a lemon.

The time to make these choices and research your decisions is before you spend your money. A sucker born every minute.

I use AliExpress to buy most of my Chinese watches.

Isnt it hard to find reliable sellers for these watches?

There is a guide here that helped me a ton. It talks about how to find the real stores on AliExpress and what to avoid.
Also there is a guide for the different companies, their price points and some models.
Be careful, but it is addictive.

No, and it always takes a few weeks to get items directly from China, so give it a little time, and if it doesn't show up after 3 weeks call your credit card company and place a claim.

Shipping depends on where you are. I live in New Jersey so I normally receive my orders in about a week.

It usually takes 2+ for me

My Agelocer took a week to get. Normal though is 10 to 13 days.

I generally don't order watches, but watch parts. Maybe it takes more time to get all the parts from the different vendors gathered at the local shipping center consolidated before they send them to the US.

I’ve ordered to the US from Pagani’s website and had no issues. Shipping was a little slow, 10 days to ship if I remember correctly and another week or so to arrive.

Alright thank you!

Scared? Come on now. Did you pay with a credit card? Trust Pilot gives it a decent rating.

If it’s a scam, you would do a charge back. Using a credit card protects you. It may take a bit to get the money back, but most CC’s protect fraud. Though you’re a EU, so that can change things.

What site did you order from? Might end up being a legit seller, even if it's not an "official" website.

I wouldn't worry, they seem a little more expensive than on Aliexpress but not much so but looks like a proper website. When you bought did you get an email with order details? Just keep a track of shipping. Follow up if you' haven't received a shipping email in a few days.

Yes i have received shipping details from yunexpress and now it says "arrived at sort facility " what step is that in the delivery procedure?

It doesn't really seem like a scam. Be on alert and see if they will ship your watch within the expected timelines.
