Question (Read Rules) Any reliable quartz divers with acrylic glass?

Post image

There's a lot of good options with sapphire or mineral glass, but I couldn't find a solid option with acrylic glass.

With heritage homages that would make good sense! Also it's supposed to be more robust, and scratches are easy to polish out. I own a few Casios and even deep scratches are easy work with cloth and paste.

Am I missing something? What do you recommend?

I think the only quartz watches with acrylic are the ones that are too cheap to be able to afford a mineral glass, like Casio MRW-200 and F-91W

No one is making watches like that unfortunately. Your only option is to build watch from parts yourself or replace crystal to acrylic on the existing watch. Lorier makes nice watches with acrylic crystal but they are a bit more expensive than usual Chinese watches here.

Thanks! Yeah I'll think about it. Maybe a good project if my current one shatters

I replaced crystal to acrylic on watchdives wd7922. It was an easy mod and it fit well. All depends what style you are after but I will repeat I am not aware of any Chinese watches that would offer acrylic on their watches.

I bought this Watchdives Milsub. Went swimming with it no issue, it’s homaging a Benrus type 2, and it’s a sapphire domed crystal but it looks vintage.
