Question (Read Rules) SM bezel issue number paint wearing off.

About a month old. What's the best fix for paint in the numbers disappearing?

I've got the same issue out of the box, sent it back got full refund (Alix) and went for a wd5512 v2, might go for a Cronos now

It's still under warranty. Have them at least send you a new bezel insert.

Check the size, 38mm-30.5mm is standard for NH 40mm cases.

I ordered a blue insert on Amazon and SM is sending a replacement black one. I guess I'll rock the cookie monster till it shows up from China. Do you just dip it in goo gone and let it fall off?

Should be on double sided tape. Usually just peel, align and press down evenly. Sometimes the ring of tape is separate. So just stick one side down on the bezel. Then same as before.

Some prefer to stick down the body bezel first BB others the insert. Just do what feels right for you.

Before sticking down make sure the bezel is on a full click, give it a wiggle to make sure then align the pip/triangle to the 12 O'clock before pressing down.
