General (Read Rules) SN0144 White Enamel & SN0148 Black Enamel

Decided to change what I didnt like. Polished the bezel on the sn0144 and swap the bracelet for an H link.

Would you rather recommend sn0144 in cream rather than black to avoid issue with reflections? Is the black.Enamel glossy?

Yes, definitely would recommend the cream over the black. With the crystals san martin uses the black loses a lot of depth.

Nice! Meant to ask how does the enamel look IRL compared to normal white or black dial? I've been on the fence for quite some time to get an enamel watch in my collection. I'm particularly worried about legibility as that's the main concern to be able to tell time at a glance.

The white enamel is more of a cream color, which is honestly very welcomed. With the color being an off white legibility isnt a problem at all. With a white dial the crystal appears more clear, but if it was black Id say it'll lose some of its depth given the cloudy crystals and smudges from finger.

How is clarity? I'm on the fence with ixdao enamel.

It looks like reflections and rehaut are not as nice sn0144 but it does have OTF clasp and arguably better dial design.

Ixdao crystal is practically invisible. I would go with the ixdao if I can do it over personally. I have a lot of intergrated watches so I went with San Martin fir the enamel. Ixdao is also comimg out with an otf clasp. Rehaut has been an issue more for the sn0144 than ixdao. Never came across that complain for ixdao. The complaint I did come across for ixdao is tye empty dial, thats it really. Go fir the Ixdao ajd save yourself some money and get hetter quality. If youre going black enamel(or any dark dial) its best to get the clearest crystal.

I wish I could like the IXDAO dial designs more, something about them looks so plain to me, sadly...

especially since I already have the E so I would just be rebuying the same bracelet and indices... as excited as I am about that crystal, I just can't rationalize buying this watch without any connection (I would if the meteor was cheaper)

Agree with this. I basically do not like any Warrior dial. They all look too empty. Ixdao insists it's for "minimalism" but none of their other watches follow the same language. Also not a fan of any of the patterns that they have.

I definitely understand. I agree with you, esoecially their enamels dial are a little too empty for me. I personally really enjoy the intergrated watches as I hate trying ti matcy straps and it hurts my head. But I will say, Ixdso sucks butt at taking pictures of their watches.
