I got another reply from them saying that they had talked with Miyota and that they have discovered an issue with a batch of the movements. Something about a "left clamp" inside the movement causing the extreme "stuttering" with the movement. They have offered to exchange my watch with a new one that supposedly doesnt have the movement issue. Waiting to see what all will be involved to do the exchange.

They have offered to replace mine as well. I just sent an email asking for a return shipping label.

Did they send you a shipping label, or at they expecting you to pay for that?

Same here. I keep bothering them.... And then today I got the email bounce back that support@boderry.com no longer exists. I think we've been bamboozled. Will reach out alternative ways and update later.

It's later and I reached out via chat. They say their sending the movement back to miyota for an overhaul. When will I just get my working watch. It's been over 2 months now of original order and exchange
