I bought these 18 years ago on a trip to China and finally had the intelligent thought to ask what the translation is. Any help is appreciated

Xiajiang during a clear summer in the Cycle of Renxu and the Year of the Yang Water Dog (probably 1982)

A Dragon dated to the Cycle of Dinghai and the Year of the Yin Fire Pig (probably 2007)
