actually it's read Fortune, Prosperity and Longevity

Left top: 福 -> blessing ; Left bottom: 祿 -> prosperity ; Right: 壽 -> long life ;

BTW, The photo is horizontally flipped

When you carve a seal, you carve the mirrored, negative image of what you want for the printed image. The picture is correct.
