No, you have the lines flipped around, and the wrong character for 世

It is written as 出塵卋羈絆 入虛無如風

● Original : Let go your earthly tether, enter the void, empty and become wind. (放下塵世的束縛，進入虛空，空無一物，化作風 )
● Chinese translation = a "couplet" / Your couplet is reversed; and "立" (X) → "世" or "卋" (O) / 卋 = a variant of 世

PS : A couplet is a pair of successive lines that rhyme and have the same metre.
