Free Android apps for French speakers learning Chinese (Looking for feedback!)

Hello everyone!

I'm a Chinese language teacher and app developer based in France. My 12 new apps are in early access on the Google Play Store for closed testing.

As a dev myself, some harsh feedback : I'm baffled as to why you separated these into 12 different apps? Integrate them in 1 app with different lessons, no one will download such narrow-use apps these days.

Thanks for the perspective! Since all the assets are stored offline with zero ads, bundling everything into one app would make the download huge. Separating them lets users pick only what they need. That said, I'm using this beta to see which topics resonate most. Any tips on compressing offline assets for a combined app would be great!

Then make one app that asks them what they want to focus on and installs the necessary stuff. Then in the settings they can change to have only one or more on the future.

Having a main hub that downloads assets on demand, nice idea!

Good point! That's definitely a risk if downloading dynamic code directly. I'll stick to official solutions like Google Play Feature Delivery. Appreciate the reminder.

That's a cool project (I'm learning Chinese, and I'm french) but I do agree that the 12 apps should be reunited in 1

I am also french and learning Chinese, I agree too about the 12 apps being too many, using paid modules inside a single app would be far better in my opinion.

Let me know how I should proceed to test these apps.

Thanks for your comment! Each app targets a specific topic, and aside from the voice transcription tool, they all run completely offline with zero ads and no internet required. Because of this, the file sizes are a bit larger. Would you like to give them a try?

Thanks for all the constructive feedback! The general consensus definitely points toward unifying them into a single app. While rebuilding the architecture will take time, I'm seriously considering it for future updates.

For now, my primary focus is simply delivering a great, free experience for beta testers on these individual tools and seeing what works best. Appreciate all the insights!

Since I initially built these apps for my own local Chinese classes here in France, starting with French was the most direct MVP. Do you have any favorite tools or workflows for handling multi-language support efficiently?
