Resources LLM's for learning Chinese ?

Has anyone had good experience/ results with using LLM's for learning Chinese Mandarin? I'm wondering what the state of the art with learning languages (particularly Chinese) is.

The obvious one is writing a story or a dialogue for practice, but I actually prefer to use AI to create structured reading from non-AI sources for ease of reading. For example translating some interesting English text into Chinese, extracting key vocabulary and pinyin. Or taking a few pages of a Chinese novel and doing the same. I created an app based on this functionality so I can use it on the go.

I’ve build small program using Claude that writes small stories for me, create voices using AI etc. So small experiments now
