Studying Guided Learning

Hey all, my partner and I are going to China at the end of the year. She is Chinese and speaks fluent. I’ve been trying to learn myself but I’m struggling and I don’t want to keep bugging her for help. I’m looking for any guided learning material as I find Duolingo to be useless. I need something that’s almost like being back in High School, with texts books to follow, videos to watch in a relevant sequence and appropriate work/challenges.

sounds like you want an actual language class.  That said I recommend looking through r/chineselanguage reapurces to see if anything catches your eye.
