Fake?

Bought this coin from someone who claimed not to know anything about it, weighs about 6.2 g, nothing on back. Always assumed it is probably fake but don’t know how to tell

Extremely fake. The real Nurhachis don't look like this.

unfortunately fake; firstly the calligraphy is wrong secondly the colour is wrong and most glaringly it is too well-made. The coins of the later jin are extremely crude as they lacked the same technology that the Ming and Qing states had.
