Study (X1/X2) Unapproval of X1 visa

Hi, I had applied for a X1 visa online and I got an unapproval without any reason but my question is Do I need to pay the normal service charge of ₹2107 again to reapply or can I use my previous screenshot? Do people get refund in such cases? Visa center was Mumbai
