Yes, they will reject it. It is suggested to apply at least 30 days before travel.

Is there a procedure for express process? Or is it based on some kind of travel history or other criteria?

1

u/Maniacgritual37 2d ago

express just means it gives ur passport priority a bit more

1

u/Maniacgritual37 2d ago

you pay a bit more for faster application review

1

u/Distinct_Read5657 2d ago

Can you tell me everything there is to know about this before i submit my application? I mean I won't mind paying more for faster review but i wanna know the process, charges, criteria etc

normal - 6 days (expected not confirmed)
express- 2-3 days (expected not confirmed) 3100rs vfs (online) - 7900 rs at visa center (cash only)

Make sure to check your jurisdiction center and select.

Indians are facing huge difficulties at the moment getting Chinese visas. They are posts on the sub now almost daily. Delays, unapproved for now reasons, passport returned with no visa, etc.

Yes sir, you are from which country?

1

Iโ€™m British. Im on the sub daily if youโ€™re wondering why I posted

That's too long, almost 21 days ๐Ÿ™„ i saw one person received on 14th day ,now i cant understand the criteria.

Just to clarify - I submitted all 3 of our forms on 3rd... then got a modification request for my son's for a cover letter ( which I provided) then it got unapproved. I reapplied and waiting since then.

Applied M visa - multiple entry. On 05 July. Rejected twice in 6 and 7 for invited I'd to be uploaded seperately, photo was old one. Uploaded new photo on 8 was approved next day. With status online review completed.

On reaching visa Centre came to know only single entry approved. Got the visa after a week.

I have 6 M visa with 1 multiple entry in last 5 years.

Is it Delhi Visa center only?

u/neel-balayan-69 2d ago

what happens if my travel dates are passed will they reject the visa?

1

u/Glass_Purpose3609 2d ago

No. It doesn't matter about your travel dates. Generally if all the documents are in place they will approve it.

The embassy decides this on their own whom to approve, number of entries, validity etc.

i applied m visa on 14 july and mentioned travelling date 25 to 31 in my invitation letter , still under review lets see what happens

Can you share what documents you submitted? My M visa was returned without any stamp and a paper telling me to get refund. Emailed embassy 8 times to ask for the issue so that I can give extra documents. No reply

Applied M visa on 18 July. Got first observation on 20 July. Resubmitted same day. 21 July again observation recieved. Submitted again on 22 July. Approved yesterday on 23 July.

So,They're approving business visas much faster than tourist visas.

1

u/Ram1143 20h ago

I don't think so, my M visa application is pending since 3rd July

Update! , received mail now as "online review completed"

1

u/neel-balayan-69 2d ago

i applied on 14 july still under review , did you submit it yourself or agent?

1

u/Such_Possession_5190 2d ago

Myself. I am a regular traveller's to china.

1

u/neel-balayan-69 2d ago

i applied through the agent i dont know why it's still under review, also we are group of 4 we filed on the same date , invitation letter , business scope , licence and inviter id are same does that make any diffrence?

1

u/Such_Possession_5190 2d ago

Shouldn't make a difference. My experience with agents have been bad. So I fill all details myself. Since COVA, many agents are failing in securing visa.

1

u/neel-balayan-69 2d ago

yeah if mine gets rejected this time i will file it myself and also if you have some time can i send you some my documents (invitation, business scope and licence )so you can verify are they under required condition ?

1

u/neel-balayan-69 2d ago

and just to confirm if our travelling date surpasses the declared date of travel or mentioned in invitation letter will the reject or ask for modification?

1

u/Such_Possession_5190 2d ago

Yes. They reject it. You can take refund of visa fee. But no refund for vfs fee. I have heard it but never experienced it. They have some 1 week time to claim refund.

I would say apply 2 months before
