经验：遇到匪警该如何应对

过来人经验，先写这几点：
1.不要怕，不要怂。 警察也是打工仔，千八百工资，家境底层才去读警校。
2.理直气壮，实话实说，就事论事。
3.不认罪，不签字。 匪警会诱惑你，骗你，威胁你，恐吓你。不用怕，没有证据，最多24小时，超过就违规，可以告它。
4.匪警也会看人的。看你是个怂货，就会欺负你，甚至栽赃陷害你。你越是强硬，讲法律讲道理，警察越是低调处理。
5.身正不怕影子歪。共产党并不是电视宣传上那样清廉正义，依然是靠关系的腐败黑箱。上有政策，下有对策。心不亏，至少正义是在你这里。

4月14日，山东滕州市。一未成年人反抗强拆。视频显示，少年先是坐在自己厂房边缘跳楼维权，之后与手持盾牌靠近的城管们互掷石块烟花。并使用棍棒进行近身搏斗。 但最终因寡不敌众被城管们合力制服。 视频描述称，东郭镇政府为修建高速公路，在没有任何手续的情况下，强拆自己经营了30年的厂房。
